St. Gerard Maternal Home is a haven for displaced expecting mothers to reside, while working toward independence. St. Gerard Home can provide specialized housing services to six women and up to six babies, by providing quality access to care, with dignity, respect, confidentiality, and empathy. We strive to help each woman to become a responsible, productive mother, while addressing barriers to self sufficiency.

- Targeted Case Management (A Behavioral Health Service for individuals suffering with substance used disorder, mental illness, or emotional disorders)
- Case Management (A service for individuals not suffering with substance use, emotional, or mental disorders)
